Ride-hailing fleet management software
Running your ride-hailing fleet means matching what each platform bills with what you actually collect and spend. AI FleetPilot shows that view in a sample dashboard: Alfred is the AI Fleet Pilot that controls and manages your fleet, using Fleeti as its platform.
From billing to profitability
Compare the same period for every vehicle. Keep gross earnings, commissions, cash and bank transfers apart: billed revenue is not the money that reaches your bank.
To judge performance, relate net earnings to hours worked and costs. Higher billing can hide more fuel, more hours or higher maintenance costs.
- Earnings per platform and per vehicle, with payout dates.
- Driver and shifts linked to each vehicle.
- Fuel, insurance, payroll and other documented costs.
Documents without losing context
Link each licence, number plate and driver document. The proposed onboarding includes registry checks with manual fallbacks when a source does not respond, and activation without drivers if you do not have them yet.
The onboarding flow includes 72-hour document upload links and expiry reminders at 30, 15 and 7 days. They are part of the planned process; this demo does not send real reminders.
What to check before you sign up
Explore the demo and have your number of licences, platforms and needs ready. Confirm availability of real connections, the scope of the service and pricing before onboarding. The demo does not import your CSV or connect external accounts.
