Traffic fines and official notices for your fleet
An internal alert does not replace an official notice. To organise your fleet's incidents, identify the authority, the notification channel, the case and who must review it. Alfred uses Fleeti to bring that context together and ask you for a decision.
Know each official channel
Each country and authority uses its own notification channels. In Spain, for example, the DGT's Electronic Road Address (DEV) handles traffic notices, while DEHú gives access to notices from integrated bodies. Do not assume every case shows up in one inbox.
Check the channel and instructions of the issuing authority with the right credentials and representation. An email or SMS alert is not the same as reviewing the official document.
A useful internal log
Keep the original document and record the relevant date stated in the case. Assign an owner and check the instructions before paying, naming a driver or appealing. Deadlines and options must be checked for each case.
- Authority, case number, plate and original document.
- Date, owner and next pending step.
- Proof of the action taken and its later status.
Scope of the demo
The alerts and decisions in Alfred's dashboard are local examples: they do not query any authority or process fines. Confirm authorised access and service availability before delegating monitoring or actions. A recommendation is not an action carried out.
